Return Fees: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is a result of our error or a defective product. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during return transit.
Refunds or Exchanges: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. Refunds will be processed within 8 business days, and the credit will be applied to the original method of payment. Exchanges will be shipped promptly.
