DONATONI DJ 6.6
The DONATONI DJ 6.6 is a cutting centre with combined technology (blade & waterjet) and 5 interpolated axes, which is extremely versatile and suitable for manufacturing a wide range of items made of marble, stone, agglomerate, and ceramic.
This machine allows performing cutting operations thanks to the combined use of blade and waterjet, and milling operations thanks to the tool installed on the shaft of the main motor.
The DONATONI DJ 6.6 is suitable for small or large companies that mainly manufacture kitchen and bathroom countertops, thresholds, staircase claddings, cladding panels, or for those companies wanting a multi-purpose machine to perform all cutting operations with one machine.

TYPES OF PROCESSING
COMPONENTS
High quality electro-spindles controlled by an inverter allowing the adjustment of the nr. of revolutions from 0 to 5500 rpm, so granting the use of blade and diamond tools such as a core drill or milling cutter. The tool change is of manual type.
The machine is supplied with a standard control console on the right side. The console allows the programming and the use of the drilling machine in automatic or manual mode.
Suctions cups for lifting and positioning the cut pieces in order to exploit the slabs as much as possible.
Measurement system of blade diameter.
System to automatically detect the thickness of the slab.
System to detect slab, with camera positioned above the machine and image acquisition software. The application enables the slab dimensions to be exploited in the best way possible and allows the cutting to be carried out avoiding any defects or any veins in the material.
High-pressure pump having a power of 37 kW which allows a maximum working pressure up to 4000 bar.
The catch tank is completely made of stainless steel and fitted with a work table having galvanised steel blades for waterjet cutting, on which the material for the blade cutting and milling will be positioned.
SOFTWARE
Parametrix is the simple and intuitive Software developed by Donatoni Macchine and designed to optimise the management of cuts of variously-shaped pieces on a slab. It enables work processes involving cuts with discs, milling cutters and drills, the insertion of straight and curved forms and shapes that have been pre-set or imported from DXF files, and the optimisation of processing times and slab surfaces.
The CAD-CAM software allows you to design, import and execute 2D and 3D files in DXF, IGES, STL, PNT, STEP and RHINO formats and to define surfaces and shapes using laser scanning.
